The two Yankees fans who were ejected from the ballpark during the 2024 World Series have now been banned from every stadium in the league.

Two Yankees fans saw their lives turned upside down last fall when they attended game four of the 2024 World Series at Yankees Stadium.

Yankess second baseball Gleyber Torres lead off the bottom of the first inning after a two-run opening for the Dodgers and popped a foul ball down the right field line on the second pitch of his at-bat.

Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts tracked the ball to the wall, catching it just above the cushioning in front of the first row of fans.

However, the two Yankees fans sitting in the seats closest to where the ball ended up fought Betts for the ball, with one of them prying his glove open with both hand to get the ball.

The two fans have since been identified as Austin Capobianco and John Hansen.

Both men were subsequently ejected and escorted out of the stadium.

They were also banned from game five as they also had tickets for that one. Furthermore, the Yankees banned them from Yankee Stadium for life.

Now their fate has gotten even worse as MLB just made a ruling regarding their fate at all league events.

Both of them have been banned from all 30 ballparks indefinitely.

This is a shocking and unprecedented move from Major League Baseball, but one that most fans seem to agree with.

After all, their behavior was particularly bad as their actions potentially could have had an impact on Betts.

What if they damaged his glove prying it open or worse, they injured his hand trying to steal the ball?

MLB takes player safety very seriously, and this is another example of that.

Hopefully, for Capobianco and Hansen's sake, this moment does not come back to haunt the Yankees.

After all, baseball players and fans alike are very superstitious and moments like these live on in memories for decades if not longer.

If the Yankees fail to win a World Series for an extended period of time, we will likely start hearing about the Capobianco/Hansen curse.
