J.T. Miller is seemingly on his way out of Vancouver, but according to a report, the team turned down a massive one-for-one offer from the New York Rangers.

The drama in Vancouver has reached a fever pitch in recent times, and with the fued between J.T. Miller and Elias Pettersson reportedly effecting others in the organization, a deal for one of them appears to be imminent.

Now, we know of an official trade that was offered by the New York Rangers, who appear to be the team that is most interested in acquiring Miller, a player that they drafted back in the 2011 NHL Draft.

According to Josh Yohe of The Athletic, the deal was one-for-one involving veteran centre Mika Zibanejad, with the Canucks quickly turning down the offer given No. 93's bloated contract.

"Speaking of Vancouver, there is plenty of chatter out there about Pittsburgh-area native J.T. Miller," Yohe wrote, "Earlier this season, the Rangers offered struggling center Mika Zibanejad to Vancouver in return for Miller. The Canucks turned down the offer. It's no secret that the Rangers are very interested in Miller, who was drafted by New York in 2011 and played his first six NHL seasons there."

While Vancouver have shown a willingness to listen to offers on both Pettersson and Miller, it's clear that they'd like a little bit more in return, and while EP40 is going to get them a bigger return, it's going to take more than one veteran on a bad deal to pry Miller away from them.

While we don't know much about Vancouver's internal discussions, it's clear that they need one player or the other to be moved on in order to get back to the business of contending for a Stanley Cup, but for now, we do know that there's concrete offers out there for both players.
