Sportsnet writer posts absurdly shameful draft profile on top draft pick in the upcoming draft

Looks like no one told Sam Cosentino of Sportsnet who released his updated draft rankings today, and published an unthinkable profile on projected 3rd overall pick Matvei Michkov

While he mainly wrote about the prospects in season accomplishments, his profile on Michkov only mentioned the passing of his father, nothing else.

The kid is already going through an unthinkable tragedy and is no doubt still trying to find his way through it, the last thing he needs is a draft profile to focus on his personal life.

Cosentino should know better and it's unthinkable that he was allowed to run that in a Sportsnet column.

In fact, I would go so far as to say that not only should he issue a public apology, but he shouldn't be writing for Sportsnet anymore.
