One of the top prospects of the Montreal Canadiens has just been traded by the Owen Sound Attack to the Kingston Frontenacs in the OHL.

Cedrick Guindon was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the fourth round of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. He's been playing with the Owen Sound Attack in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for the past three seasons, having scored a total of 78 goals and adding 107 assists in 204 games. He's been a very solid player for Owen Sound, not having missed a single game in all of his three seasons with the club. Unfortunately for Cedrick, he's going to have to pack his bags, as he's been traded to the Kingston Frontenacs.
🚨TRADE🚨

The Owen Sound Attack have announced they are making a trade with The

The Attack want to wish Guindon all the best as he moves to new territory in Kingston.🐻🏒

Owen Sound is going to be picking up a ton of draft picks in this deal, as they will not be receiving any roster players in return.
Cedrick has yet to play a game in the NHL with the Montreal Canadiens, but he will definitely be showing up at training camp this season ready to go, and eager to earn a spot with the club. Should that not work out for him, Kingston will definitely be happy to have him on their roster for the next OHL season.
