Blake Coleman cashes in with the Calgary Flames

After winning back-to-back Stanley Cups with the Tampa Bay Lightning, 29-year-old Blake Coleman has signed a long-term deal with the Calgary Flames. According to Jimmy Hayes, it's a six-year-term with an average annual value of $4.9 million.

Coleman had 14 goals and 31 points in 55 regular season games in 2020-21. He added another three goals and 11 points in 23 playoffs games. Before being traded to Tampa Bay, Coleman had spent his entire career with the New Jersey Devils after being drafted 75th overall in 2011.
