The Penguins lost tonight by a final score of 5-2 as they hosted the Tampa Bay Lighting.
Unfortunately one young fan had a worse experience than everyone else though as he was bullied by a grown man.
At one point during the game, a puck got lodged in the netting behind one of the goals so the young fan was banging on the glass in an effort to get it to fall down for him to take home as a souvenir.
Unfortunately, a much older fan was also right there and when the puck did eventually fall, he grabbed it from him and then insulted everyone around him to a chorus of boos.
As one might expect, many fans were outraged by this unbelievably immature behavior from what appears to be a man in his 50s or older.
One X user even replied to a Penguins team post with his picture, trying to draw the team's attention so he can get punished for it.
The same X user also posted a short video of the man arguing with one of the Penguins employees in the middle of the staircase for the lower bowl.
After a few seconds, he turns around to walk up the stairs, flipping off fans who were cheering his departure.
It is not clear whether the fan was ejected from the game or not, but it seems like that may have been what was happening in this video.
That being said, he was walking up the stairs on his own.
If he had been ejected, there likely would have been a security guard or two escorting him out of the building.
Either way, hopefully this fan gets what is coming to him. Some are calling for a lifetime ban from PPG arena which may seem a but harsh, but everyone's actions do have consequences.
