Toronto Maple Leafs alumni and former first overall draft pick (1985) Wendel Clark is one of the more revered players in franchise history. Clark was a player who displayed heart and determination throughout every shift. A real blood-and-guts-type of player who may not have been the biggest dog in the fight, but if you played against Clark, you knew you were going to come out of the game with bumps and bruises because the former Leafs captain had a nasty streak to him that endeared him to teammates and fans throughout the 80's and 90's, and even still today.

With that said, one of Toronto's best has apparently decided to sell his luxury penthouse condo in downtown Toronto for the low, low price of $6.8M, per the Ottawa Sun.

The condo is located at 33 Bay Street, near Yonge Street, is measured at 3,192 square feet and contains four bedrooms and five bathrooms, with “spectacular panoramic city and lake views and 2,000 square feet of terrace space". I know.. modest, right?

Though Toronto Sun reporters were unable to reach Clark directly for comment and confirmation (according to the Ottawa Sun), there is evidence within the staging photos to suggest that the listing does indeed belong to the Leafs legend, including home photos and memorabilia.

Assuming this is indeed Clark's condo, how cool would it be to own a piece of Leafs hockey history, right in downtown Toronto, overlooking the city?! Take a look at the link provided below for more info.
