In today's update from the waiver wire, the New Jersey Devils, the Philadelphia Flyers, and the San Jose Sharks all made players available.

With only two days left before the two-week 4-Nation Face-Off break, teams are making final roster adjustments for their last game before the pause.

In breaking news, we learned that the New Jersey Devils, Philadelphia Flyers, and San Jose Sharks placed players on waivers.

The Devils placed Santeri Hattaka, the Flyers; Anthony Richard, and the Sharks; Colin White.

Per Elliotte Friedman:

It'll be interesting to see if a team claims one of them in the next 24 hours, especially with White, who's a former first round pick.

White signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Sharks in late January after spending the first half of the season in the AHL, with the San Jose Barracuda.

He failed to register a point in the three games he played with the Sharks, but could be an interesting option for a team looking to add depth to their forward group.

Anthony Richard is also an interesting player for teams with such aspirations.

He never truly made it as a true NHLer, but has been very good in the AHL, notably scoring 67 and 55 points in the past two seasons. This year, in 15 games with the Flyers, he tallied six points, including two goals.

As for Hatakka, the 24-year-old defenseman signed a contract with the New Jersey Devils last summer, but spent his whole time in the AHL, with the Utica Comets, scoring 15 points in 20 games.

With the trade deadline looming, these decisions could hint at upcoming moves on the market involving the Sharks, Flyers, or Devils.

All these teams will be in action tomorrow. San Jose will face the Dallas Stars, New Jersey will be in Montreal against the Canadiens, while Philadelphia will host the Pittsburgh Penguins.
