Fists were flying Saturday night during a game between the Montreal Canadiens and Tampa Bay Lightning, but they all seemed to be coming from one side. The Habs' Arber Xhekaj laid a hit on Anthony Cirelli that Lightning teammate Pat Maroon wasn't happy about. The two dropped the gloves, and Xhekaj threw right after right with Maroon hardly getting in a swing before they tied up and the officials ended it. If even two to three of the punches Xhekaj threw landed, they likely did some damage. Maroon went the the penalty box following the scrap but was eventually called back to the dressing room. He has since returned to the game.
