The New York Rangers announced on Friday that they've agreed to terms on a two-year, entry-level contract with free agent forward Bobby Trivigno.

The contract will begin next season, and it's expected that Trivigno will sign a professional try-out contract (PTO) with the Hartford Wolf Pack in the American Hockey League in the coming days.

Trivigno, 23, has spent the last four seasons playing in the NCAA for the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and served as captain during the 2021-22 campaign.

In 37 games this season, the Setauket (New York) native put up 49 points (20 goals, 29 assists), 28 penalty minutes, and was a +22. He finished tied for third in the entire NCAA in points, tied for eighth in assists, and ninth in goals.
