Colorado's coach tells Nazem Kadri to shut up in the nicest way possible

There's no questions we've been hearing a lot less about Nazem Kadri since he was traded from the Toronto Maple Leafs to the Colorado Avalanche. Kadri seems to have changed his ways that were responsible for getting him into trouble a lot during his time with the Leafs and is quietly helping his team win games. In the Avs 3-2 overtime win against the Anaheim Ducks, Colorado head coach Jared Bednar did take a moment to let Kadri know to stop barking at the officials.

The Avalanche clearly had too many men on the ice with just over six minutes left in the third period of the game, a penalty the team got away with. Despite that, Kadri was chirping the ref from the bench. Bednar came over and gave Kadri some light smacks to the helmet and said a few words although it was impossible to tell what he said with a mask on. It was clear he was telling Kadri to keep quiet knowing his team had gotten away with one. Check it out:
