Elliotte Friedman Reveals Hodgson Looking to Comeback to NHL Play

Cody Hodgson was unfortunately forced to retire early due to a rare muscle disorder that made him prone to injuries. After being drafted 10th overall by the Canucks, Hodgson was off to a good start in his career, with 142 points in 328 games played during his brief career that ended in 2016.
Now, Elliotte Friedman is reporting that Hodgson is looking to make a comeback to the NHL.

Long Road Ahead for Hodgson to Return to NHL

There is a long road ahead for Hodgson if he wants to make a return to the best hockey league in the world. It has been nearly 10 years since he played his last game in the NHL for the Nashville predators, and the 36-year-old isn't getting any younger.
However, Hodgson does know what it takes to play in the NHL and the work that it will require. While it would be a lot of work to return, Hodgson is no stranger to adversity and will likely face it head-on if he truly wants to return.
We will see how this plays out.
