Just days after acquiring defenseman Jamie Drysdale from the Anaheim Ducks, it seems as though the Philadelphia Flyers have already lost their coveted youngster.

Drysdale Out With an Illness

According to a post on the social media site X, the Flyers will be without Sean Couturier and Jamie Drysdale for tonight's game against the Winnipeg Jets.
Per Flyers GM Daniel Briere: «Sean Couturier is dealing with a minor injury and couldn't play tonight. Jamie Drysdale is out with an illness.»
This comes after Drysdale played in just two games for the Flyers, registering two assists in that time. It's unknown right now how long Drysdale is expected to be out, but Flyers General Manager Daniel Briere didn't seem to be too concerned with Drysdale's status.
Get well soon, Jamie!
