After weeks of speculation from Vegas hockey fans, the Henderson Silver Knights finally unveiled their jerseys for their inaugural season in the American Hockey League. They are set to begin their first season in the AHL whenever the 2020-21 campaign opens.

The "dark" jersey will feature silver as its main colour and features the original logo on the front, and the logo of their parent club, the Vegas Golden Knights on the shoulders. The jersey is similar to Vegas' in a few ways, based on the design, the metallic look throughout. The one interesting look about the jerseys are the metallic gold numbers on the back, and the lettering on the name bar. To complete this uniform set is a black helmet with gold numbering, and black/gold gloves.

The white jersey is very similar to the silver one, and has all the same features. The only thing different about the uniform set as a whole is that the white one has white/gold gloves, with a white helmet.

Back in February of this year, the Vegas Golden Knights were looking to add an AHL team of their own. They came to an agreement with Spurs sports and entertainment to purchase the San Antonio Rampage, and move them to Nevada. As given away by the name of the team, they will be playing in the Henderson, Nevada, which is about 20 minutes south-east of Las Vegas. Until their arena is completed in 2022, the team will begin their time in the AHL by playing in Paradise, Nevada, which is also about 20 minutes from both Las Vegas, and Henderson.

In late May, the Vegas Golden Knights unveiled the name of their new AHL affiliate, as they chose the nickname "Silver Knights". The team also made a slogan which says "Home Means Henderson", which was taken in part from the Nevada state song "Home Means Nevada".
