Gaudette, 24, was drafted in the fifth round, 149th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 2015 NHL entry draft. In 120 regular season games, he's put up 45 points (17 G, 28 A), 55 penalty minutes, and is a -13. In 10 career playoff games, he has no points, 2 penalty minutes, and is a -1.
Prior to joining the Canucks, Gaudette spent three seasons at Northeastern University (NCAA), being named an alternate captain during his final season there. In 116 NCAA games, he put up 142 points (68 G, 74 A), 81 penalty minutes, and was a +16.
During his final season, Gaudette led the NCAA in goals and points, was named Hockey East player of the year, as well as being named winner of the Hobey Baker Award as the best player across the entire NCAA.

Hawryluk, 24, was drafted in the second round, 32nd overall by the Florida Panthers in the 2014 NHL entry draft. In 68 regular season games, he's put up 22 points (10 G, 12 A), 32 penalty minutes, and is a -7. He spent the 2019-20 season between the Panthers and the Senators after being claimed off waivers by Ottawa on February 17th.
So far during his professional career, Hawryluk has spent the majority of his time in the AHL with the Springfield Thunderbirds. In 148 career AHL games, he has 95 points (27 G, 68 A), 199 penalty minutes, and is a -1.
