BREAKING: Insider Reveals Trade Timeline For Pierre-Luc Dubois
Since the recent report that Pierre-Luc Dubois will be traded this summer, there has been much speculation about where and when the trade will occur. We now have some major information regarding the timeline of the trade, and it changes everything.
Jets to Trade Dubois by the Draft
A recent report by NHL insider Raphaël Doucet of La Poche Bleue confirms that Dubois will be traded by the NHL Entry Draft. If you remember back to last offseason, Dubois had attended the draft in Montreal in hopes of being traded at the event. Hopefully this time his wish comes true.

While the initial report doesn't give us very many details, Doucet goes a bit more in-depth and states some of the reasons Dubois wants out of Winnipeg.
It's natural for hockey players to want to find a city where they can settle down and have a family, and for Dubois, it seems like that city might be his hometown of Montreal. Not only could he fulfill a lifelong dream of playing for the Canadiens, but he could also raise his family in his home province.
