Leafs Fan Takes to Twitter, Calling For Dubas and Shanahan's Jobs in Viral Video

Honestly, I am just glad to see that Leafs fans are handling their tough start well.

Truly unhinged stuff at play here. Not to mention dropping it in the replies of Dubas' GRANDMOTHER. You almost have to respect the cutthroatness.

This video is one of many manifestations of Leafs' fans' frustrations in the early goings. One fan did a whole homework assignment, documenting and cataloguing every move Kyle Dubas has made as GM, referenced in the above tweet. It was rife with spelling errors, but he did make his point.

The Leafs are 4-4-2 with a negative goal differential through ten games. They recently dropped a 3-1 third period lead to the Anaheim Ducks (dead last in the NHL) after going 1-2-2 on their west coast road trip. Things aren't going great, but they are hardly irreparable.

Although, this year's middling start just does not ~feel~ like last year's. Last year, everyone knew and felt that this was a strong team and a slow start didn't change that. This year's team...well...they have just not been very good. Their starting goaltender - Matt Murray - is already on the shelf (shocker), and few on the team are playing up to snuff. Not the highly paid stars nor the bottom-six are getting their jobs done, the defense is atrocious, and the goaltending - no disrespect to Ilya Samsonov and Erik Kallgren - is not good enough.

Maybe this is the year the Maple Leafs clean house...
