The Philadelphia Flyers announced on Saturday that they've agreed to terms on a one-year, entry-level contract with 2015 seventh round pick and 2022 Winter Olympian, Ivan Fedotov.

Fedotov, 25, spent the 2021-22 season in the KHL with CSKA Moscow. His strong play in the playoffs led CSKA Moscow to their second Gagarin Cup. Along the way, Fedotov posted a record of 16-6 with a 1.85 GAA, .937 save percentage, and one shutout.

The 6'7" netminder also backstopped the Russian Olympic Committee to a silver medal at the 2022 Winter Olympics in China. In Beijing, Fedotov had a record of 4-2 with a 1.61 GAA, a .942 save percentage, and two shutouts.

"Ivan is a player we have followed closely and are very pleased with his development," said Flyers General Manager Chuck Fletcher. "He's put a number of strong seasons together in the KHL culminating this year when he captured an Olympic Silver Medal and a KHL Championship."
