Robin Lehner of the Vegas Golden Knights returned from injured reserve Tuesday night and put on a very good show against the San Jose Sharks. Lehner let in just one shot out of the 17 he faced as the Knights beat the Sharks 3-1. Following the game, Lehner met with reporters and decided to take some digs at insider Frank Seravalli regarding his injury.

While Lehner was on injured reserve, Seravalli reported for Daily Faceoff that the netminder had a torn labrum in his shoulder and would require surgery at some point. Asked if that was true, Lehner gave some snarky answers.

"That's a better question for Frank Seravalli, my doctor," said Lehner.

"I'm not going to talk about injuries. Obviously what Dr. Seravalli wasn't true. Obviously I haven't had a surgery, so I'm good," he continued.

Seravalli reported that Vegas may end up trying to get Marc-Andre Fleury back from the Chicago Blackhawks before the trade deadline due to Lehner's injury. Golden Knights GM Kelly McCrimmon denied that report last week.
