The NHL is postponing more games in attempt to curb outbreak

More postponements are on the way in the NHL as the league attempts to curb an outbreak of COVID-19. According to The Athletic's Michael Russo, the league is postponing tonight's game between the Minnesota Wild and Carolina Hurricanes after three more members of the Canes tested positive for COVID-19.

Update: The league has not made it official, with a further update coming Wednesday.

The Calgary Flames next three games, starting with Monday night's against Chicago, have also been postponed. Several recognizable names from various teams were also placed in COVID protocol on Tuesday .

In all, more than 20 NHLers have been added to COVID protocol in the last 36 hours.
