Tuesday night, prior to puck drop between Los Angeles and Arizona, linesman Ryan Gibbons collided with Coyotes forward Liam O'Brien.

Gibbons fell to the ice, and laid there for several minutes before being stretchered off and taken to a local hospital. According to Nick Kypreos, Gibbons' CT scan was clear and he has been placed in concussion protocol.

A native of Vancouver, British Columbia, Gibbons made his debut in 2015 and appeared in 416 regular season games, as well as 33 career playoff games.

The Coyotes went on to defeat the Kings by a score of 4 to 1.
