Team pulls out of preseason game claiming opponent was deliberately hurting their players (w/video)

Here's something you don't see in professional hockey very often. HK Nitra of the Slovak Extraliga pulled out of a preseason game against the Vienna Capitals claiming their opponents were deliberately trying to hurt their players. The team also produced a video, which you can see below, offering proof for their claims.

HK Nitra players decided they had had enough when 17-year-old Simon Nemec, expected to be a first-round pick in the 2022 NHL draft, took a nasty hit to the head. This was after a teammate had left the game due to an elbow in the head, another took a hard slash to the wrist, and 17-year-old Adam Sykora narrowly avoided a hit to the head. The two teams convened at centre ice with about three minutes left in the second period, with HK Nitra saying it would no longer take part in the game.
