Former amateur and college coach Thomas «Chico» Adrahtas has gotten into even more hot water. He was recently accused of sexual abuse that occurred during the 1980s, and now three more plaintiffs have been added to the case.

One of the three former players is Frank Pietrangelo who played for him during his time at the University of Minnesota. Pietrangelo and the two other former players were added to the lawsuit originally filed in district court in Minneapolis on May 13. With the added plaintiffs, the total comes to eight.

Adrahtas has been accused of repeated sexual assault, abuse, molestation, and harrassment while coaching teams at levels from amateur to professional. Many of the alleged victims were minors at the time, all also being male.

The last time Adrahtas coached was as the head coach at Robert Morris University in Chicago, before he ended up resigning in 2018 after accusations arose. He also coached at the University of Minnesota and at multiple teams in the Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois.
