Back in November, disturbing reports emerged of Milan Lucic's actions, and now, things will officially be going to trial after the latest update.

Lucic's case will officially head to trial

While the Boston Bruins veteran has plead not-guilty to the incident involving his wife via Zoom, the case will officially head to trial in February, as he is accused of some disturbing things.
The @NHLBruins veteran forward #MilanLucic appeared for status hearing via @Zoom at #Boston Municipal Court on a domestic charge. A jury trial has been set for February 16th, so this is going to trial. Lucic is accused of dragging his wife by the hair during argument in November
The incident reportedly began over what Lucic believed to be a missing cell-phone, and escalated to police involvement where they had to escort him away, clearly intoxicated.
Lucic has been away from the Bruins since the incident, and may never play another game in the NHL, so now, we will have to wait and see how this plays out in the court.
