In breaking news, the St. Louis Blues have announced today that they have extended this player, the only Australian player to play in the NHL.
Blues Sign Walker to Two-Year Extension
The St. Louis Blues have continued to make history in the NHL, by having the only Australian to ever play in the League on their roster in Nathan Walker. That will continue for another 2 years, as they have announced that Walker has been extended.
We've signed Nathan Walker to a two-year contract extension.
The two-year contract is a 1-way deal with an AAV of $775,000. Walker has played in just 2 games this season with the Blues, recording 1 assist. In 113 career NHL games, Walker has netted 14 goals and 14 assists for 28 points.
In 30 games this year for the Blues' AHL affiliate, Walker has recorded 29 points, with 13 of those being goals.
