Bruins Forward Ridicules Team Canada After Loss in the World Juniors

Just a few hours ago Team Czechia pulled out one of the biggest upsets in World Junior Championship history, knocking Team Canada out. Bruins forward Jakub Lauko ridiculed Canada for their loss.

Czechia's Upset Win Over Canada

Team Czechia just knocked Team Canada out of the World Juniors with a heart breaking game in the quarter-finals. Canada will be going home without any hardware after winning back-to-back gold medals.
More impressively for the Czechs is they were never trailing in the game at any point, they had Canada on their heels from the first period.

Canada was down by 2 in the first period, they would wake up and fight back into with 2 goals of their own.
Canada gets right back in it to cut the Czechia lead in half.

The game was tied at two in the dying minutes of the third period, many thought this game was going to overtime but Czechia's Jakub Štancl had other plans.
This marked the first time that Czechia has upset Canada in a medal-round game and marked a massive moment in the World Juniors.

Lauko Ridicules Canada For Their Loss To The Czechs

Following the Czech victory, Boston Bruins forward and Czechia native, Jakub Lauko released a social media statement that ridicules Team Canada.

Lauko has spent the whole year with the Bruins going scoreless through 26 contests but does have three assists. He is looking like a effective NHLer for the Bruins for years to come.
