The Tampa Bay Lightning have re-signed both Patrick Maroon and Luke Schenn. Maroon's deal is a two-year, which will pay him $900,000 per season, while Schenn's is a one-year at $800,000.

Maroon, 32, won his second Stanley Cup in two years with the Lightning this season, after winning his first with the St. Louis Blues in 2019. While he isn't going to put up 27 goals like he did in Edmonton during the 2016-17 season, he is a solid fourth-line player who is well liked in the dressing room. He had nine goals and 23 points in 64 games this past season.

Schenn, 30, spent some time in the AHL this season but also appeared in 25 games with the Lightning. The former fifth overall pick isn't the shutdown defenceman he once was, but provides good depth for the Lightning and was able to get in 11 playoff games during their Stanley Cup run. In 25 games with the Lightning this season, he had one goal and three points.
