NHL insider thinks Erik Karlsson will be on the move to a playoff team and has revealed the front runners for landing the Norris winner.

Karlsson Linked To Three Playoff Teams

Erik Karlsson is coming off of a historic season. He is the first defenseman to score over 100 points in a very long time and due to this, he has garnered a lot of interest league wide. He revealed three front runners for Karlsson.

Karlsson has Options

Seattle, Carolina, and Toronto are all very interesting locations for Karlsson. Toronto has a plethora of offensive talent and if they were to pair Auston Matthews with Karlsson, we could see both players score 110+ points.
Seattle has no true superstar and the addition of Karlsson would make their team that made the 2nd round last year top contenders in the west. They also have a plethora of picks and prospects due to being one of the newest NHL franchises.
Carolina is in need of some offensive help. If they were to acquire Karlsson, they would pair him up with Jaccob Slavin, arguably the best defensive defenseman in the NHL. If he goes to Carolina, he would get free reign to produce offense because of the Slavin security blanket.
Each of these teams are interesting locations and they all have their own problems they would need to overcome to bring on Karlsson. However, whichever team gets Karlsson will be very happy with him and his production.
