Marty Walsh has had quite an interesting career. From the Mayor of Boston, to Secretary of Labor, to now currently working as the director of the NHLPA, Walsh has quite the impressive resume.
For Walsh to run the NHLPA, he had to abandon his position in the white house and politics as a whole to be the director of the NHLPA.
Walsh is working closely with players and figuring out what will happen in the next collective bargaining agreement. From a higher salary cap to the Arizona Coyotes being fixed, Walsh has his work cut out for him.
