The Seattle Kraken caused quite a surprise last season, finishing the year with 100 points.

Not only did they reach the playoffs, but they also beat the Colorado Avalanche, the former champions.
There has been a new development with the Kraken, hinting that a major change is coming to the organization.

Kraken to Trade Goalie

According to The Mug NHL, the Kraken have placed Chris Driedger on the trade block.
"The Seattle Kraken are attempting to move G Chris Driedger," per Frank Seravalli.

"Driedger, 29, played 14 games with the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL) this past season and posted a 2.61 GAA with a .908 SV%."

Driedger could be traded this summer. His three-year contract ($3.5M AAV) will end next summer, and Ron Francis could be tempted to move him.
He joined the Kraken during the expansion draft, but since Grubauer came in last year, he hasn't been playing much in the NHL. He has also dealt with major injuries that left him sidelined more often than he would've wanted.
Do you think Driedger will be traded?
