Zach Whitecloud is the first Indigenous NHL player from the Sioux Valley Dakota Nation, and has surely inspired plenty of young kids from that area to play hockey themselves. During the SportsCenter highlights section, broadcaster John Anderson said the following:

"What kind of name is Whitecloud? Great name if you're a toilet paper."

Anderson put out a statement apologizing to Whitecloud for the incident, and said he hopes to have the opportunity to apologize to Zach in person.
