Arizona Coyotes new arena deal could be in trouble after new lawsuit
The Arizona Coyotes have been the laughing stock of the National Hockey League for years now and it seems things only continue to get worse for the organization.
According to Arizona Sports the city of Phoenix is suing the city of Tempe for developments, including their new arena, take a look
The complaint which is logged with the Maricopa County Superior Court says that Phoenix, the owners of the international airport are suing the city of Tempe for breach of contract
(they're) asking the court to rescind Tempe's recent zoning and land use changes and prohibit future residential uses in an area that the Federal Aviation Administration says is incomparable with residential development.
Things were already bad for the Coyotes, not being able to build their new arena could probably spell the end for the franchise as a who I would imagine.
