As everyone has known for a little while now, the NHL and Adidas are doing another round of Reverse Retro jerseys. The jerseys will be teased by all 32 teams on Wednesday before the full reveal on Thursday. Teams across the league will wear their new uniforms mainly in November, December and January.

With the teasers coming tomorrow, the Washington Capitals took to the ice for practice this morning wearing their new Reverse Retro equipment. The Capitals are going to be wearing a black version of their 'Screaming Eagle' uniforms for this round of Reverse Retro jerseys.

For the players at Capitals practice, they had black helmets, black pants and black gloves. But it was goaltender Darcy Kuemper who stole the show, debuting his new equipment and helmet he'll be pairing with Washington's RR jersey.

As you can see in the photos below, Kuemper's pads, glove and blocker have a main colour of bronze, which is a secondary colour on the Reverse Retro jersey. It also has black and white striping.

Meanwhile, Kuemper's helmet features the 'Screaming Eagle' logo on the top, with his number 35 on the chin, in the font that will be used on the jersey. It's hard to tell what is on the side of the helmet or the back, but in the limited number of images taken thus far, it looks glorious.
