Emily Cave shares awful private message from Edmonton business owner

Since the tragic passing of Colby Cave back in April of 2020, his widow, Emily, has been very vocal about her appreciation in the support she has gotten from hockey fans across the world.

Unfortunately, while she has received plenty of positive messages since losing her husband, she has also had to deal with some very gross individuals along the way. On Sunday evening, she shared to both her Instagram and Twitter page an example of this, as an Edmonton business owner has been harassing her through comments on her photos as well as a private message in which he mocks her for having a new boyfriend.

«Normally I am all about supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs but do not support this one,» Emily wrote both in a tweet and Instagram story along with a screenshot of the message she was sent from an account named pristinewavecards.

This is simply unacceptable, and it is hard to believe that anyone, let alone someone trying to promote their business online, would stoop this low. Kudos to Emily for sharing this, as some may choose to simply try and ignore. People like this deserve to be called out, and she did just that.
