So let me tell you a little something about this kid named Connor Bedard...the guy can score goals with hockey pucks. Team Canada is in the midst of their first game of this summer edition of the World Junior Championship against Team Latvia. As you would expect, Canada stormed out of the gate, dominating play.

16-year old Connor Bedard, the only one in the tournament, starts the scoring off for the Canadians, and surprising to absolutely no one he rifled it home with a near-perfect shot:

The projected first overall pick in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft, Bedard is playing alongside 2021 second overall pick, Mason MacTavish, and Montreal Canadians prospect Joshua Roy on Canada's top unit. So far, the group has been near-perfect in their first game together. Another angle of Bedard's goal, really doing it justice:

Bedard scored four goals in his last World Junior match at the cancelled 2022 WJC, so one goal isn't really THAT impressive. Personally, I won't be impressed until he scores five in one game. Not.
