Day 3 of the NHL's free agent period is drawing to a close and several big names remain available including Nazem Kadri, John Klingberg, Patrice Bergeron, Phil Kessel, P.K. Subban, among others.

Let's take a look at some of the signings that occurred on Day 3.

- Lawrence Pilut signs with the Buffalo Sabres. One-year, two-way contract worth $750,000.

- MacKenzie MacEachern signs with the Carolina Hurricanes. One-year, two-way contract worth $750,000.

- Malte Stromwall signs with the Carolina Hurricanes. One-year, two-way contract worth $750,000.

- Brad Hunt signs with the Colorado Avalanche. Two-year, two-way contract worth $1.525 million ($762,500 AAV).

- Nick Blankenburg re-signs with the Columbus Blue Jackets. Two-year, one-way contract worth $1.65 million ($825,000 AAV).

- Gerald Mayhew signs with the Florida Panthers. One-year, two-way contract worth $750,000.

- Zach Sanford signs with the Nashville Predators. One-year, one-way contract worth $850,000.

- Rourke Chartier signs with the Ottawa Senators. One-year, two-way contract worth $750,000.

- Dakota Joshua signs with the Vancouver Canucks. Two-year, one-way contract worth $1.65 million ($825,000 AAV).

- Ashton Sautner signs with the Winnipeg Jets. One-year, two-way contract worth $750,000.
