In what is surely a playoff debut for the ages, Connor Ingram's Game 2 performance nearly gave the Predators a chance in this series. However, having been relegated to a 2-0 deficit, the outlook for Nashville is less than good.

The Avalanche bombarded Ingram early & often, and aside from Nathan Mackinnon's early tally, he was next to perfect. The Avalanche took 71% of shot attempts in this game, equalling 101 attempts at Ingram, meaning he had to 'make the save' over a hundred times. The Predators are probably doomed, as their team simply cannot withstand the skill & tenacity of the Avalanche. But it doesn't mean they can't make it interesting.
