NHL Central Scouting releases final rankings for 2022 entry draft

The National Hockey League's Central Scouting department have announced their final rankings for the 2022 entry draft which is set to be held in Montreal on July 7th and 8th.

As usual, NHL Central Scouting breaks their rankings down into four categories. North American skaters, International skaters, North American goalies, and International goalies.

Let's take a look at top-five in each of the four categories.

North American skaters
1) Shane Wright (Kingston - OHL)
2) Logan Cooley (USA U-18 - NTDP)
3) Cutter Gauthier (USA U-18 - NTDP)
4) Matthew Savoie (Winnipeg - WHL)
5) Conor Geekie (Winnipeg - WHL)

International skaters
1) Juraj Slafkovsky (TPS - Liiga)
2) Joakim Kemell (JYP - Liiga)
3) Simon Nemec (Nitra - Slovakia)
4) David Jiricek (Plzen - Czech)
5) Marco Kasper (Rogle BK - SHL)

North American goalies
1) Tyler Brennan (Prince George - WHL)
2) Ivan Zhigalov (Sherbrooke - QMJHL)
3) Dylan Silverstein (USA U-18 - NTDP)
4) Tyler Muszelik (USA U-18 - NTDP)
5) Mason Beaupit (Spokane - WHL)
