Charles Barkley Will Not Touch The Stanley Cup

Lord Stanley's Cup made an appearance on the TNT for more than just the NHL guys. Rick Tocchet brought the Stanley Cup to the NBA on TNT panel consisting of Shaquille O'Neil, Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley. Each of the members took turns hoisting the iconic trophy... all but one.

Barkley refused to touch the Stanley Cup due to the age-old adage that one does not touch a championship trophy until you win it. The NBA hall-of-famer did not care that is was a trophy outside his own sport of basketball saying : "it's just the rule. Anybody knows that."

We are still awaiting the results on Chuck's guarantee that the Maple Leafs will win a series this year.
