Blake Wheeler wins game for Jets with controversial shootout goal

A goal scored by the Winnipeg Jets' Blake Wheeler during a shootout against the Buffalo Sabres Wednesday night has left a lot of people scratching their heads. The goal was the game winner, giving the Jets a 3-2 victory. You can see by the video below that Buffalo goaltender Craig Anderson was not happy about it. The shootout rules state the puck must always be moving forward towards the opponents' goal line. It's debatable whether that happened.

It almost appears like Wheeler pulls the puck back a bit before making his shot, which would definitely violate the rules. What's your call on this one? Answer in the poll below.
