Through the midway point of the 2021-22 season, the Florida Panthers are the leagues most potent offensive team, and are one of the of best all-around teams as well.

A big part of their success has been the play of Jonathan Huberdeau, who's 66 points currently rank third in league scoring. With how successful they have been this season, paired with how much talent is on their roster, Huberdeau believes their time to win a Stanley Cup is right now.

«We had some years where we didn't win that many games,» Huberdeau said to media at the 2022 All-Star Game. «The ownership stuck with us, the players, and I think now it's our time to show them that they picked the right players. We're more mature now, and the leaders of this team just have to show it on the ice.»

Through 48 games this season, the Panthers own a 33-10-5 record for 71 points, which is good enough for second in league standings, trailing only the Colorado Avalanche. Though their defensive play has been questioned at times, they are so talented offensively that they will be a very scary team for anyone to be matched up against in the playoffs.
