Katchouk goes after Chara following crosscheck to the chin; officials end up in ensuing pile (w/video)

It was a wild one between the Tampa Bay Lightning and New York Islanders Monday night, and big man Zdeno Chara seemed to be in the middle of a lot of it. Chara fought Pat Maroon right off the opening faceoff (you can see that here). He also got tangled up with Boris Katchouk near the end of the third period, with the resulting scrum taking down the linesmen as they tried to break it up.

Chara nailed Katchouk with a crosscheck that appeared to land right under the chin. Katchouk's head snapped back and you could tell he wasn't happy about it at all. Despite a major size and experience disadvantage, Katchouk decided to go after Chara, hitting him with a couple of body shots before being grabbed by Big Z. As the linesmen came in to break it up, they ended up in the pile along with Katchouk and Chara. Both players were given 10-minute misconducts after the incident, which meant they were out for the rest of the game. Check it out:
