Kale Clague among 25 placed on waivers on Saturday

The NHL's waiver wire was very busy on Saturday as multiple teams made cuts to their training camp rosters. In total, 25 players were placed on waivers at 2pm ET.

Cavan Fitzgerald (CAR), Maxim Letunov (CAR), Sam Miletic (CAR), Andrew Poturalski (CAR), Spencer Smallman (CAR), Brayden Burke (LA), Kale Clague (LA), Martin Frk (LA), Jacob Moverare (LA), Garret Sparks (LA), T.J. Tynan (LA), Lukas Vejdemo (MTL), Antoine Bibeau (SEA), Connor Carrick (SEA), Cale Fleury (SEA), Gustav Olofsson (SEA), Tanner Kaspick (STL), Matthew Peca (STL), Nolan Stevens (STL), Maxime Lagace (TB), Otto Somppi (TB), Daniel Walcott (TB), Shane Gersich (WSH), Lucas Johansen (WSH) and Dylan McIlrath (WSH) were all placed on waivers this afternoon according to TSN's Chris Johnston.

There are some interesting names on today's list that could get claimed tomorrow afternoon. Among those team's may look at is Kale Clague, Martin Frk, and Connor Carrick.

All players that were on waivers on Friday cleared with the exception of goaltender Samuel Montembeault, as he was claimed by the Montreal Canadiens.
