On Friday, fifteen players were placed on waivers including Florida Panthers defenceman Noah Juulsen.

The other players were: Alex Lyon (Carolina), Benjamin Gleason (Dallas), Joel L'Esperance (Dallas), Zac Dalpe (Florida), Samuel Montembeault (Florida), Mason Shaw (Minnesota), Joe Hicketts (Minnesota), Dakota Mermis (Minnesota), Kevin Czuczman (Minnesota), Taylor Fedun (Pittsburgh), Jaycob Megna (San Jose), Jayden Halbgewachs (San Jose), Joel Kellman (San Jose), Nick Merkley (San Jose), and Teemu Kivihalme (Toronto).

All 21 players on waivers cleared today at 2pm ET including Columbus Blue Jackets forward Zac Rinaldo. Rinaldo is currently unvaccinated and Blue Jackets general manager Jarmo Kekalainen told reporters that he will not be assigned to Cleveland (AHL) and is free to seek other playing opportunities.
