Hall, 29, started off the the 2020-21 season with the Buffalo Sabres after signing a one-year deal worth $8 million. At the trade deadline in April, Buffalo traded Hall along with forward Curtis Lazar in exchange for Anders Bjork and a 2021 second round pick. In 53 games, Hall tallied 33 points (10 G, 23 A), 26 penalty minutes, and was a -6.
