Former Montreal Canadien Max Pacioretty has received offers from three teams and is expected to make a decision shortly. The Habs are rumored to be one of them.

The three NHL teams currently showing interest in signing Max Pacioretty are the San Jose Sharks, Montreal Canadiens, and Buffalo Sabres. The Sharks see him as a potential mentor for their young players, while the Canadiens are considering a reunion with their former captain.

The Sabres, on the other hand, are looking at him to add veteran depth to their roster. Each team offers different opportunities for Pacioretty as he looks to continue his NHL career and he's expected to make a decision very shortly.

The Montreal Canadiens are considering signing Max Pacioretty because he offers valuable experience and leadership to a team that is currently in the middle of a rebuild. As a former captain of the Habs and proven goal-scorer, Pacioretty's familiarity with the organization and fan base makes him an ideal candidate to mentor younger players.

He would also help boost the team's offensive depth, as he would likely slot in on the 3rd line, and would contribute in key situations, likely on the power play, as he's got a good shot from the slot. Bringing him back would also make the fan base happy, which would create a full-circle moment in his career, since he started off with Montreal.

The Buffalo Sabres are looking to sign Max Pacioretty to add veteran experience and scoring depth to their lineup. He can contribute on the third line and second power-play unit, helping the team push for playoff contention, as they are finally expected to take the next step as a team this upcoming season.

The San Jose Sharks are interested in signing Max Pacioretty because he would bring in veteran leadership and scoring ability, which would complement their young core. He could play significant minutes and contribute on the power play, helping to mentor younger players as the team continues to rebuild, in what seems to be a never-ending one.

Max Pacioretty was drafted 22nd overall by the Montreal Canadiens in 2007 and has played in 902 career NHL games, where he's scored 330 goals and added 338 assists for 668 points.
