Top goalie prospect of the Nashville Predators Yaroslav Askarov has just told his team he has no plans to report to training camp and wants to be traded instead.

Big breaking information was revealed this morning by NHL insider Kevin Weekes that top goalie prospect of the Nashville Predators Yaroslav Askarov has officially made his intentions known that he will not be joining his team in September. He has been the subject of many trade rumors this summer.
Yaroslav Askarov was the 11th overall pick at the 2020 NHL Entry Draft by the Predators, bus sadly has only managed to suit for three games with the team. He's only ever won one game and posted a .914 save percentage and a 2.57 GAA.
After the Preds re-signed top goalie Juuse Saros to an eight-year deal, Yaroslav Askarov felt like he had enough and made his intentions known that he was not happy with the lack of playing time he's already been having. Unfortunately for the Preds today, Askarov officially said he has had enough and wants out.
More information will be provided as things get revealed.
