Angela Price shared her thoughts on the Olympics women's boxing scandal yesterday and many of her fans are disappointed in what she had to say.

At this point, just about everyone has heard about what happened at the Olympics this week. In case you missed it, Italian Boxer Angela Carini gave up her fight against Algerian boxer Imane Khelif after a single punch just 46 seconds into the match. While Carini never actually accused Khalif of not being a biological women, it quickly came out that the Algerian had failed a gender test of some kind in 2022 that was administered by the International Boxing association. The specifics of the test including what kind of test it was have never been released by the organization, nor have the results ever been made public. Even with this 'failed test' Khelif was allowed to continue competing in events throughout the rest of 2022 and 2023, leading up to the 2024 Olympics.
This is what Price had to say about the controversy. She posted this caption over a picture of world famous boxer Mike Tyson who had been photoshopped to look more like a woman.
«That saying 'common sense isn't very common these days'....a woman will never be able to compete at the same level as a man and I think it is heart breaking for these women born athletes, heartbreaking! do you, dress and act however you like but there are limits.»

Khelif got into boxing at a young age and always competed as a women. All the information that has been made public about her has corroborated the fact that she is just a typical, cis-gender woman. Furthermore, it is illegal to even be transgender in Algeria, as it is a country with very strict laws about sexuality and identity.
Imane Khelif is a female-born woman fighter, she's perfectly eligible to compete in women's sports from a gender point of view

She's born a female, please do not belittle her achievement as a woman and call her a man. It's not right. This mass misinformation needs to stop.
Given the evidence before us, many fans might think that it is quite ironic that Price uses the phrase 'common sense' when discussing her opinion. After all, it seems like common sense that Imane is a woman, and that all of this is just meant to create attention through controversy.
