The Utah Hockey Club have made their big move of the draft acquiring Mikhail Sergachev from the Tampa Bay Lightning for JJ Moser, Connor Geekie, Toronto's second round pick, and pick 199.

In a shock day 2 draft move, the Utah Hockey Club has acquired a superstar defenseman in Mikhail Sergachev.

Mikhail Sergachev is being traded to Utah

Mikhail Sergachev is a former top-10 pick by the Montreal Canadiens, and signed an eight-year $68 million dollar deal.

No salary retained by Tampa. Utah picks up the full $8.5M AAV on Sergachev.
