The Boston Bruins seemed to be having a lot of fun at the Lake Tahoe game against the Philadelphia Flyers Sunday and that was even before winning the game 7-3. Several members of the team showed up at the makeshift outdoor arena dressed in full 90s garb, complete with neon-coloured windbreakers and fanny packs.

No one with Boston seemed to be having more fun than David Pastrnak. He appeared on the ice before the opening faceoff wearing pink 90s-style sunglasses and got off to a roaring start. Pastrnak scored in the opening minute of the first and second period, and competed the hattrick in the third. But it was perhaps his post-game interview that caught the most attention. According to Pastrnak, he didn't appreciate being pulled from the Bruins celebration in the locker room or having to miss the "Barbie Girl song"

"We were listening to Barbie Girl before you guys asked me to do media. I was kind of dancing with these glasses out in the locker room then you guys ruined it and I had to go answer questions," said Patrnak.

"So I missed the Barbie girl song."

It's great to see the players having so much fun with this event, although we're guessing things weren't quite so rosy in the Flyers' dressing room.
